What You Need to Know About Methamphetamine Pills

Methamphetamine, also known as “meth”, is a highly addictive and dangerous drug that has come in crystallized form for years. Now, we are seeing methamphetamine pressed into pills much like we see fentanyl being pressed into pills. With the price of methamphetamine plummeting (one task force in California was offered meth at $500 a pound), meth is spreading into areas traditionally dominated by crack cocaine.

What are Methamphetamine Pills?

Essentially, a methamphetamine pill is just methamphetamine pressed into a pill. When you manipulate a methamphetamine pill, it does not feel like a professionally made pharmaceutical. You can feel it crumble at times and see it is just compressed powder. Dealers can use a commercial pill press to press the methamphetamine into a pill. Pill binder can be added to make it look like a traditional pharmaceutical like Adderall. A pill die can be used to put an imprint code on the pill that furthers the look of a legitimate pharmaceutical
