Dipyanone is becoming very popular due to online forums. It is becoming so popular that when a recent user reached out to a Chinese chemical manufacturer, they said that they could not keep up with demand and any purchase that person made would be delayed by a month. Users are spreading “trip reports” online which is fueling demand of this drug. Some researchers have noticed a significant uptick of mentions of this drug online.

What is Dipyanone?

Dipyanone is an opioid analgesic which is sold as a designer drug. It is closely related to medically used drugs such as methadone, dipipanone and phenadoxone, but is slightly less potent. 

What are Users Saying About Dipyanone?

There is a Reddit thread where users talk about Dipyanone effects. The following thread sums it up best:

Boof (editors note: boof means to take the drug rectally) effects are felt 5 minutes after, come up lasts about 5-30 minutes. Duration not sure yet. Nasal come up takes about 15–45 minutes, lasts approx 10-20 hours. Oral come up takes 1.5-3 hours, lasts 20+ hours.

It’s like a better version of odsmt, and lots of potential in analgesia. Dosages start at around 10mg, and 30-50mg is a pretty strong dose without tolerance.

I first snorted 27-32mg, this is the most painful thing I’ve ever snorted in my life, and I’ve snorted a lot of things lmao. Even 2cb is like a nose massage compared to this stuff. It felt like a bunch of sharp shards in my nose, and it doesn’t go away very fast because it’s insoluble in water.

Boofing is also painful, but much less than nasal. Best routes of administration I think are oral and boofed. It feels about 0.7-0.8x methadone in strength.

Good for maintenance, feels very similar to methadone, I’d estimate it’s in between methadone and odsmt in terms of physical and mental euphoria, overall potency and sedation. I haven’t nodded that much yet even though I’m on 50mg without tolerance.

I made a solution intended for volumetric dosing. 500mg dipyanone, 0.5ml alcohol 90%, 0.5ml pg, 8.95ml water. 5mg per 0.1ml/1 spray. Can be boofed, used as nasal spray (shit hurts like crazy), or for oral dosing. I would absolutely not iv nor im this.
